Andrew F. Garofalo was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2001 and obtained Board Certification in Real Estate Law from the Florida Bar in 2009. Board Certification is the highest level of evaluation by the Florida Bar of an attorney’s competency and experience. Andrew has experience working on a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions and litigation, including acquisitions, leasing, finance, tenant evictions, lease restructuring, loan workouts (mortgage restructuring and settlement), and mortgage foreclosures. He also has experience working on debt settlement matters and business mergers and acquisitions.
